Prices are correct at time of posting E&OA.
Special Offers and Sale items listed elsewhere may be sold at prices differing to the ones given. Stitch Pics reserves the right to change prices without notice should it be deemed necessary. All items are subject to availability. Any item not available at the time of order will be sent on as soon as it is available. Payment with order is required including postage and packing charges and any small order surcharge which may be applicable.

All goods remain the property of Stitch Pics until full payment has been cleared by the bank. Orders are normally despatched by First Class post or Standard Parcel. Stitch Pics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Postal services no matter what circumstance. Shortages and omissions should be notified within 3 working days of receipt.

This does not simply reflect the cost of postage. Heavy items such as wood products or orders weighing over 2 kg are not normally sent overseas unless carriage is paid at cost.

Cheques should be made payable to STITCH PICS and we accept credit/debit card payments using VISA, CONNECT, MASTERCARD, SWITCH/MAESTRO, SOLO, ELECTRON.
We are sorry but we cannot accept payment by American Express, Diners Card or other charge cards.
Stitch Pics are not responsible for any charges made by Banks or credit card companies involved in credit card transactions levied on the user.
The on-line credit card facility has been certified as secure by the appropriate authorities. Stitch Pics cannot be held responsible for numbers or personal details submitted by any other means including electronic mail and conventional post or fax.
Stitch Pics do not hold credit card details in electronic form after payment has been processed.

Although we do not have a minimum order, we must impose a small order surcharge if the amount of goods purchased before postage & packing is under £5.00. This is solely due to the relatively high bank charges that are paid on small transactions. Any credit card order must be for more than £5.00 in total. Cash must be sent registered mail. No liability is offered for loss of money sent in any other means including uncrossed Postal Orders, Bankers Cheques and Money Orders.

All items (except computer programmes) are covered by our 'no quibble' guarantee. In the unlikely event of you not being entirely satisfied, return the item concerned in a clean and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and your money will be refunded or credit given. (We do not impose a handling charge for returned items however, refunds will not include return postage if goods are not faulty). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Stitch Pics reserve the right to refuse sales without offering explanation. Orders from outside The EU do not pay VAT but are subject to a surcharge of an equivellent amount to cover extra costs incurred, therefore prices are as shown.
